Poor Mia! She looks so sweet! She needs to see a vet right away. Black stool often means there is digested blood in the feces. This can mean an upper gastrointestinal bleed like stomach ulcers, a bleeding tumor, or other GI problem. Sometimes large or small doses of pain drugs like nsaids (non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs) can cause GI bleeding as well. I am very concerned since she’s not eating and is in pain that this is serious. She should go to the vet right away for a full work up. I wish you the best and hope she feels better with treatment right away!
