My dog has a paw scrape. How do I clean it and should I wrap it?

My dog got hurt today. He has no broken bones or internal injuries. He just has a nickle sized scrape on his back paw. I was wondering if/how to clean it and if/how I should wrap it. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 12 lbs

The best way to clean it with soap and water to flush any loose dirt and debris from the wounds you can pat it dry and place neosporin in it to prevent further dirt from getting in.
