My parrot was active and was eating everything 30 min ago , but now he is not active i dont whether he is sick or just trying to sleep.he ia a male alexandraine parrot nearly 8 weeks old. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 4 lbs

If he was fine and active just minutes ago it may be that he's just sleepy and wanting to take a nap. it is normal for birds to have periods of activity followed by periods of rest throughout the day, and if your bird is still a baby this is more than normal, especially after eating. If you're seeing any signs of illness such as puffed feathers, acting sleepy ALL the time, not wanting to eat, etc, then that should be checked out by a vet.
