What's stuck on my 3-year-old cat's canine teeth? Food, hair, or more?

My cat was neglected before we adopted him. Hes about 3 years old. Today when I saw him yawn i noticed this around his canine teeth. Any idea what it might be? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered

It looks like food or hair is getting trapped around his teeth. You can try to remove it with your fingers.
