Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 6 days old
My 6 month old kitten Bob is lethargic. He is eating, not as much but is eating, drinking using the litter box. He has his vaccines, is currently not neutered and shows no signs of parasites.

I would continue to watch Bob to see what happens over then next 24 hours. There can be so many things causing lethargy I can't even list them all here! If he develops other symptoms, such as poor appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, limping, etc. then he should probably get checked out by a vet.
