The spot may be a corneal ulcer or infection. This can be due to a trauma or foreign body. Either condition should be evaluated and treated by your veterinarian or an experienced avian veterinarian. If you notice scratching or rubbing, you will need to fashion a protective e-collar (cone) to prevent further trauma.
