My 4-month-old puppy was vaccinated, can she still get parvo?

Parvo risk post vaccine? Can a 4 month old puppy who was vaccine 6 weeks ago still get parvo (6 weeks later)? Thank yoh

A puppy will not develop parvo from the vaccine itself but could still acquire parvo is exposed. If Luisa only had that one vaccine she would not be fully protected against parvo. Even if that vaccine was a booster of previous vaccinations, no vaccination series is 100% preventative.In some cases a weaker immune system or large exposure may still result in getting the disease even if adequately vaccinated.     If your puppy had a full course of vaccination it is very very unlikely that he would get parvo, but there are many other gastrointestinal infections that can look like Parvo, they are usually much milder though.
