How to stop my puppy from biting people and chewing on clothes?

My puppy always keep running towards all of us and start biting us and even our clothes, is it good?

It sounds like Prince is excited to see you, but biting you is not good. This is a behavior you want to discourage, as his bites will be worse when he's older. When he starts to bite you, tell him "no," and give him a toy that's safe for him to chew on instead. You can also ignore him until he stops biting you, turning your back on him and moving away from him. I hope this helps!

Biting is very normal for puppies but it should be addressed. You are on the right tract with saying Ouch but then you need to get up and ignore her and keep walking away from her until she stop biting. At that moment you turn around and CALMLY reward her and hand her something more appropriate to play with. This will take time and consistency. My four months old corgi puppy likes to bite my shoes even there is a lot of his toys around him. He also likes to bite people while playing with them. What should I do to stop him from biting? Thank you so much!
Thanks for using Boop by Petco! You are likely describing teething which is basically a normal type of behavior when puppies are growing up and it is secondary to mouth discomfort as teeth are growing. I recommend that you get Dudu teething type toys which you can get at your local pet store or online. Anytime that he tries to nibble at you, you say no and give him the toy. Congratulations on your new puppy! It takes some time for puppies to figure out what behaviors are appropriate and which are not. I recommend praising and reinforcing the behaviors that you would like Arjun to do, such as laying calmly or playing well. Negative reinforcement, or gently punishing him for doing things he shouldn't be should eventually help to stop the behavior. For example, if Arjun is biting the furniture, tell him "no" sternly and redirect his attention to a toy. Or, if he is biting you while playing, stop playing and ignore him until he is calm. Congratulations on your new puppy! Play biting and being excessively "mouthy" is very common in puppies. And it only get worse the more excited they are. I have not personally had luck with the techniques of saying "No!" or holding the muzzle. I that makes puppies more excited. My general rule for puppies is that you make a high pitched squeak (like a littermate puppy would do if they bit too hard), then walk away from the situation. More than anything, your puppies wants to play with you. If you walk away, it is negative reinforcement, so they are less likely to do that behavior again. Depending on the puppy, the goal is to get them to look away from you or start doing something else before you engage in play again. And make sure that everyone uses this technique. Bongo should not get any attention if he is biting. I found that a long rope toy made a good toy to play with my puppy because there was lots of toy for him to bite at without touching my skin. Stopping my puppy from biting
Puppies bite and chew out of boredom, when playing and during teething. As an owner, it is up to you to teach what is appropriate chewing and what is not. Always provide appropriate chew toys for your breed of dog. Correct him when he is chewing inappropriately (either the wrong item or too rough). Praise and reward him when he chews appropriately. If he gets too riled up during play, avoid those actions that bring him to that point. A trainer can assist you in teaching the "No bite" command and other basic commands.

The best thing to do is to make a loud, high pitched noise when he bites you and then give him a toy or chew that is appropriate for chewing. It will seem like he's not getting it, but realize that this is a phase and if you're consistent he will stop. My dog as a puppy of course he bites. But now since he got to know me more in 2 weeks, he started jumping on my and biting at the same time. I can't even almost move because than he gets more excited and if I say no and really not let him do anything
This isn't aggression moreso that it is typical puppy behavior. Consistency, and being 100% in your training can help. If he's getting excited to the point of jumping and tackling you, it is best to move him to a different room to settle down, or to completely get up and walk away. Placing baby gates around your home can help control his movement and allow you to walk away and ignore him without him following and jumping on you. Once he's calm again, playtime can resume. Any time you catch him chewing on his toy, or he picks his toy over you, be sure to praise him so he learns this is behavior you like. If he gets nipping, yelping "OUCH!" in a loud, high pitched voice may also help as it can mimic a littermate playing too rough. If he becomes too excited, stop the play session, let him calm down, and then resume. A puppy kindergarten class together is also a great way to learn to work together, and help instill some basic behaviors and concentration skills. This can help get out som

Puppies will chew, it is how they explore the world and how they communicate with each other. We have to teach them not to communicate with us by biting. The best thing to do is a quick no, then ignore them. For a little dog I will say no bite then put them on the floor and ignore them. For a bigger dog I will physically turn my body and ignore them for a few minutes then give them an appropriate toy to play with. Puppy kindergarten is a great experience for new dog owners and helps owners establish healthy boundaries and strengthens the bond, I highly recommend you enroll in a puppy training class once your pet is up to date on vaccines (ask your vet when this is ok). Biting hands, legs, and clothing is a completely normal behavior in a puppy this age - they use their mouths to explore the world, and this is how they instinctively want to play. This behavior will go away on its own as your puppy gets older, but there are a few things you can do to help in the meantime :) Make sure that your pup has a variety of different toys to provide an appropriate outlet for this behavior - long floppy rope or fleece toys for tugging, plush toys for biting and carrying, and smaller toys or balls for chasing and fetching. He should also have lots of different things to chew on, such as bully sticks, large rawhide chews, cow or pig ears, and puzzle toys such as a Kong stuffed with peanut butter. If he bites your hands during play or your clothes when you are walking, just redirect him to one of his toys and use that to play with him instead.
