My dog won't eat anything! How do I get my picky eater to eat?

We have an estimated 1 1/2 - 2 yr old rescued Carin Terrier. She just won't eat. She won't take dry food. I have bought 8 different brands of dry dog food, canned food Royal Canin, Fresh dog food from the cooler, homemade boiled chicken with white rice and probiotic, etc. Just when I think I found something that she ate a little of, she won't eat it again.
