My dog has lumps on his testicles, one larger. Is it testicular cancer?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 5 months old | 48 lbs

i believe my dog has testicular cancer im not an expert but he has "bumps" on his testicals it seems like both have a "bump" but one is particularly larger and kind of forms a tip this is just my assumption from checking it feels like a tumor but again i'm not an expert on what they feel like just an assumption we are going to our vet when available but just wanted to see what some one else might think

It’s impossible to say without an exam but if there has been a change in size or shape neoplasia is a possibility. Often times it may occur in one testicle giving a lopsided appearance. Testicular torsion is another possibility but this is usually painful. I would recommend having a vet appointment to have M assessed.
