Why is my kitten lethargic, has diarrhea, and won't drink water?

Pet's info: Cat | Colorpoint Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 10 days old | 0.3 lbs

I found a kitten she's about 3-4 months old she has diarriaha sleeps all the time has no energy won't drink water and doesn't venture further than 5-7 feet

Hi and thanks for your post on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! While is is hard to say what the cause of the diarrhea is without seeing Nada first, I can certainly offer a suggestion. A parasitic infection, bacterial or viral infection could be possibilities. I would advise taking Nada to her veterinarian for a fecal test. I would get her in sooner rather than later as diarrhea in a young cat can be very dehydrating especially if she is also not drinking any water. Best of luck to you and Nada!
