How to contact Petco about missing cats and store safety policies?

Another cat has gone missing from the PetCo up the street from my house. This keeps happening. There needs to be a policy in place that states cats will not be allowed into the store for vaccines unless they're secured in a carrier. I just expressed my concern to a "lead" person at PetCo and was met with a defensive attitude that tells me nothing is going to be done and that it's just a matter of time before this happens again. I can't find a customer service area to file this concern. Help?

I am very sorry and sad to hear that this happened. Unfortunately this platform is not going to be much help since we answer questions about pet health but do not directly interact with Petco's managers.
