My Sphynx kitten has colored nose discharge and sneezes. Should I take him to the vet?

I have a 9 almost 10 week old sphynx. After he wakes up i notice nose discharge and he sneezes a bit with a coloroled discharge. Should i take him to the vet? Pet's info: Cat | Sphynx | Male

If it is blood or green, yellow mucous then yes but if he is eating and drinking fine you don't have to make it an emergency trip unless there is a nose bleed. Monitor his eyes because if they get a respiratory infection they can also get conjunctivitis
