My newborn kitten is bleeding. Can a vet treat worms at her age?

my newborn cat has what i believe is hook worms and won't stop bleeding and i don't know if it's possible for the vet to do anything since she's so young. is there something we can do for her to survive?

2 days old is too young to be seeing the side effects from a hook worm infection. If there is blood from somewhere then she needs to be seen by a vet to determine why and where to see if it is treatable
