My dog has black armpits, genitals, and bumps on his belly. Normal?

Our dog has black armpits and black area around his penis. Is this normal? He also has these big bumps on his belly. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 8 years and 1 month old | 33 lbs

Good questions. From the picture it looks like it may just be pigmentation changes. This can be caused by sun exposure, but also can be caused by chronic inflammation common with allergies. The bumps should be evaluated by a veterinarian to decide if they are concerning or not. Somtimes a needle aspirate done at the time of the appointment can give that information. I hope this helps!
