My cat is lethargic, not eating/drinking after heat. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | spayed

After the hurricane Irma when we lost our power, the temperature was high and now her is lethargic and not really eating or drinking water, just lying around, it stared today, she did had a little water and food this morning but not went to bathroom. What should I do?

You should probably take her to the vet the first chance you get, i couldn't tell you what is causing these symptoms as these are very general symptoms which could occur with any disease, she will need to be checked by your vet in order to find out what is wrong with her before any treatment can be given.
