i had a question my dog has been losing weight,wont eat, im pretty sure she is going blind and just today she started throwing up blood i don't know what to do can you help. Pet's info: Dog | West Highland White Terrier | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

It sounds like lily is suffering from more than one problem which are probably non related (at least the blindness), vomiting blood is a very severe sign and it is considered to be an emergency medical condition, you must take her to the vet URGENTLY, this is not a condition you can handle at home. causes include tumors, infections, foreign body ingestion, pancreatitis, liver failure and more.
