My puppy has a skin infection. Is it from his milk or something else?

I do not think it has anything to do with milk. It looks like a bacterial infection although I cannot tell 100% what is going on just from a photo. It could be any number of skin conditions as many look the same. I suggest you get some of this shampoo and bathe him in it every 2-3 days until the skin looks better. http://www.petwarehouse.ph/mycocide-anti-fungal-antibacterial-150ml-dog-cat-medicated-shampoo.html?search_query=medicated&results=3 Apply the shampoo, let it sit 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. If this does not help you will need to get him to your vet for an exam. The 10 minute contact time is very important for the medication to work. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
