My puppy's sick and not eating after vet visit. How to get him to eat?

My puppy of 4 months started throwing up and not drinking or eating. I took him to the vet and they gave him cerenia and antibiotics. Hes only drinking now. How do i get him to start drinking. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 13 days old | 35 lbs
