My cat has a potbelly, loose stool, mucus, and sneezes. What's wrong?

My cat has had a small potbelly since I adopted her close to three weeks ago. I noticed soon after that she would sneeze every once in a while but they were never violent or very often. She now has loose stool that contains a fair amount of mucus but otherwise she is still playful and has no loss of appetite. Should I be worried? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 10 lbs
