Why is my dog losing fur and bleeding on her nose, but no pain?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 10 lbs

My dog has fur misding around nose area and slight bleeding she doesn't seem to bee in any pain but im worried.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! She is absolutely adorable! She could be having skin allergies and even mites given the hair loss pattern in the that region of the muzzle and around the eyes. I recommend that you have Sam evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Your veterinarian could do skin cytology and a scrape to check for mites or bacteria. If something is found then she would be started on therapy to target this. Good luck and have a good night!

    This presentation could be due to a localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by mites, bacteria or fungal). A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics/antiparasitic or antifungal meds (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem.
