My dog has dry yellow eye discharge. What eye rinse or drops can I use?

My dog Spade is a Mastiff with an eye issue probably due to excess skin but Im looking for a hood supplement or eye drop \ rinse i can use to clean up this dry yellowish mucus out his eye. Pet's info: Dog | English Mastiff | Male | unneutered | 30 years and 3 months old | 235 lbs

However, if no improvement is seen and this continues, Spade should be evaluated by your veterinarian as this can be due to a corneal ulcer, corneal laceration or dry eye (KCS).
