Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | unspayed
My kittens are only 5 months old. In the last couple days I've noticed a small round scab on her cheek. An hour ago I realised there was blood and liquid on her face and the scab was gone exposing just raw skin. They did have the runs and we're vomiting a few weeks ago but noticed it was their food. Since then they've been fine. I have just gotten rid of a bad case of fleas too. But they are now completely gone as of 2 weeks ago. Please help

This presentation could be due to a trauma or localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria). A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem. Disinfection can eventually be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any scratching. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
