My puppy is bloated after eating. Is it worms or new dry food?

My puppy is very bloated after eating and drinking. I did just start him in dry dog food but to ease him into it I fed him dry and wet mixed. He does have worms and I have him a 7 way dewormer yesterday he has pooped out 4 so far and seems back to normal. But he is unusually bloated. What do you think is wrong? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 12 days old | 5 lbs

It's very likely he is bloated due to the worms, once the deworming will be completed this issue should resolve. another thing that is common in young puppies is bloating after a large meal, this also tend to resolve by the age of 3 months.
