Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 6 years and 3 months old | 9 lbs
My cat likely has a URI and will be going to the vet tomorrow. I am concerned because this evening I found two lumps in her neck, about the size of a large pea. One near where an Adam's apple would be and one about a half an inch away from that. What could this mean? Are the glands or coukd this be something else?

This is most likely just the lymph nodes swelling. These normally tend to enlarge with URI's and other types of infections in the throat and mouth. No need to worry...this just shows that the immune system is working and they should go down when the infection is cleared.
