Dog's stomach gurgles, eats grass, won't eat. Is it his food?

I have noticed within the past month chicos stomach has made gurgling noises at least once a week and he wont even eat anything when it happens and he eats grass when i take him out. Could it be his food? It dose not seem to cause him pain though. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 8 months old | 8 lbs
