My dog is vomiting white foam. Could it be parvo? When should I take him to the vet?

Hi.. My dog has been vommiting a few times this morning. Im not sure if anything came out the first 3 times but he had some water and then vommited another 2 times. This time it was off white foam that came out. So he has vommited about 5 times in the last two hours. He had parvo last year December but survived and had his vacinations so Im not sure if they can get it again so soon? Should I rather just take him to the vet?

It is unlikely to be parvo at this stage but there are many causes of vomiting including other virus, scavenging spoiled food, pancreatitis and bowel obstruction. He should be checked by a vet if persisting, fever develops or he is unable to keep water down. Offer pedialyte and fresh water to reduce the risk of dehydration
