Our 9 month old male cat had canned cat food for the first time yesterday and today, now he is having diarrhea and vomiting. Should we be concerned??

Hi and thank you for your question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I wouldn't be too concerned if this is the first time this has happened. It is more than likely due to the food change. It is possible he may have a sensitivity to the food. If he continues to vomit and have diarrhea tomorrow, there may be something more concerning at play and I would take him into your veterinarian, but for now, give him a break from the wet food and see if he improves. I hope this helps!
