Senior kitty. About a week ago I noticed a small rough spot on the skin inside to tip of her ear. It seems to be turning into a wider rough patch with a little redness. And one on back of other ear. No other symptoms. She is not scratching & her appetite has not changed. I have noticed her hiding out a bit more & her fur was beginning to feel a little greasy with flakes of what look like dandruff- but very few, but even all of that is improving except the rough patch. She is indoor only

This may be a bacterial or yeast infection on the ear margins and spreading. You can keep it clean with warm soap and water, just be careful to not get it in her ear, and rub a small, thin amount of Neosporin to the area. If it does not improve then she needs to be seen by your vet on Monday
