Why is my Doberman's penis bleeding? Should I be concerned about it?

Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Male | unneutered | 73 lbs

My 5 year old doberman has blood drops dripping from his penis. Is this something to be concerned about?

Being not neutered it may have to do with hormones if he got too excited, or it may be a urinary tract infection. It does need to be seen and looked at it but as long as he is acting normally and urinating well, you can wait for an appointment
