My cat just ate some Garlic Parmesan crusted chicken! do I need to get him to throw up? And if so how if I don't have any hydrogen peroxide?

If it wasn't a big quantity of garlic, he isn't in any danger. If you don't have hydrogen peroxide you need to take him to the vet, they will give him an injection that will make him throw up within minutes.
