Poor Riker! Runny, stinky, and bloody feces can be symptoms of parvovirus. Parvovirus is a life threatening infection of young, unvaccinated puppies and is a medical emergency. The dark pee is an indication of dehydration. I would take Riker into a vet immediately. Based on your description of his feces, I would be very concerned he has parvovirus, and he would need medical attention now. The vet can take a blood sample to do a parvo snap test, and then can treat accordingly. There is no cure for parvo, only intensive supportive treatment. Please call the vet now to let them know you are coming in with a puppy that you are afraid has parvo. Given that parvo is so highly contagious, they will likely want you to enter the office through another entrance to avoid contact with other patients.
