My dog's eyelid is swollen and red after a bite. What can I do?

Emergency!!! A male adult street dog got bitten in the lower eyelid by another dog before 2days. Right now the lower eyelid is red swollen n perhaps itchy. I don't think it will come to a vet, I'm a medical student I would like to help it. Not sure wat eye drops/medication to use. Please guide me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 50 lbs

Without actually looking at his eye, it is difficult to say for sure. He really needs to be examined by a vet to determine the extent of the injury and make sure the correct medications are used. He will probably need both an oral antibiotic and eye drop but, without examining the damage to the eye, it is impossible to know. Try to get him to a vet for treatment.
