My dog is bleeding from her pee, poop, and vomit. Should I worry?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 5 months old

My 16 month old bitch dog has lost blood during, peeing, pooing and vomiting. We noticed pee in her urine 4 weeks ago after she unexpectedly wetted the bed. Last weekend went for a walk and she was sick and with spots of blood. And my wife noticed blood in the dogs stool ( she does strain tho so noticed this before).

Poor Faith! It's definitely concerning to see blood in so many different places (vomit, pee, and poop) because it suggests that she may have a bleeding disorder of some kind. I would recommend having her examined by a vet as soon as possible - he/she can run some basic blood work as well as a coagulation profile (PT/PTT) to check for any problems that may be causing this and get her started on appropriate treatment right away.
