My dog is bleeding from her pee, poop, and vomit. Should I worry?

My 16 month old bitch dog has lost blood during, peeing, pooing and vomiting. We noticed pee in her urine 4 weeks ago after she unexpectedly wetted the bed. Last weekend went for a walk and she was sick and with spots of blood. And my wife noticed blood in the dogs stool ( she does strain tho so noticed this before). Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 5 months old

Poor Faith! It's definitely concerning to see blood in so many different places (vomit, pee, and poop) because it suggests that she may have a bleeding disorder of some kind. I would recommend having her examined by a vet as soon as possible - he/she can run some basic blood work as well as a coagulation profile (PT/PTT) to check for any problems that may be causing this and get her started on appropriate treatment right away.
