Grace does not put on weight even though she eats a lot she doesn't eat dry food. She vomits like once every other day. What shall I do?

There is likely an internal disease process going on here that is causing her to vomit and not be of proper weight. I would highly recommend getting her tested for hyperthyroidism (common in cats older than the age of 7), kidney disease (with regular routine bloodwork), and if those come up negative then lymphoma of the intestines has to be considered (especially if you have an older cat). At which point an ultrasound of the intestines would be recommended to detect masses along the intestines that could explain the vomiting and lack of weight gain. Hopefully this is just a thyroid issue, which can be treated relatively easily with daily medication prescribed by your veterinarian.
