If she is vomiting everything she eats and drinks then it would be a good idea to take her to a veterinarian. She could have an infection or a parasite and your vet can test a stool sample to help diagnose the problem. Your vet can also give her an anti-vomiting medication as well as sub Q fluids to prevent dehydration. Hope she feels better soon!

Poor pup! If she is acting normal otherwise, you can try withholding food for the next 12 hours to give her stomach a chance to settle, then feed a bland diet of plain boiled chicken and rice for the next 2-3 days until things are back to normal. If she has a mild upset stomach, this often helps to get things back on track. If this doesn't help, or if she develops any other symptoms such as acting lethargic or not wanting to eat, then I would recommend having her seen by a vet - these can be signs of a more serious problem such as parvo or an intestinal obstruction, which would need immediate veterinary care.
