Hi. My dog ingested a part of his plastic toy and started to vomit food and parts of his plastic toy. He has currently stopped vomiting. Should I still be concerned?

Yes, I would still be concerned until he has ate and passed stools for at least 72hours after swallowing the plastic and even this would not completely guarantee there is not a piece in the stomach which could move later. Items can get stuck anywhere along the stomach and intestines and some can even cause partial obstruction allowing food to pass until something else gets stuck behind it. Try to avoid toys he can break up and always supervise him playing with toys if he is destructive
