My dog has scabby skin, lumps, pus, and blood. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 20 lbs

I'm worried about my dog. She has a patch of bare scabby skin on her back left leg and although she is due for her flea treatment surely it can't be that bad I sprayed the house with deflea not long ago. Also she has a lump on her back right leg and under the chin. I noticed a sore patch which is seems to have pus and blood surrounding it. I have a video of this and I think perhaps there was a lump there and our rough little puppy may have torn it off.

It sounds like she could have a skin infection. You could bathe her with a medicated dog shampoo and see if that helps. She might need an oral antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or corticosteroid to treat her problem. Have your vet take a look at her to diagnose and treat her condition.
