Poor Lila! This intermittent vomiting could be caused by an ulcer, gastritis, foreign body, heartworm disease, feline panleukopenia, or inner ear disease among many other causes. I would recommend taking Lila into the vet for an exam. The vet can do a physical exam, routine blood tests, a urinalysis, and any other tests that they deem necessary in order to diagnose what is causing her symptoms. Once a cause is found, the vet can institute an appropriate treatment.
