What to do if my 7-month puppy has fever, vomiting, and won't eat?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 6 months and 18 days old | 15 lbs

My 7th months old puppy is down with fever, vomiting and she's not eating anything from past 2 days. Even if we feed liquid food it is vomiting it. Please HELP

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of helpful advice to offer other than Lucy needs to be seen by a vet ASAP. If she's not vaccinated against parvovirus, I am especially concerned about that, as it is a common cause of the signs you are describing in puppies. If she's been fully vaccinated against it, i.e. 3 vaccines given 3- 4 weeks apart starting at 8 weeks of age, then she likely has another type of infection, or a foreign object in her GI tract. Regardless, she sounds very ill, and I urge you to get her to a vet as soon as possible for treatment.
