My dogs sclera is red. It's partially red. I think a capillary ruptured from a cat clawing him. He is a pikagnese pomeranian . The redness covers 25% of sclera. His pupils constrict with light and he is reactive to 6 fields of vision. I don't see inflammation just partial redness. We are expecting hurricane irma so I don't know what to do!!

Basically if he was scratched in the eye he needs to see a vet ASAP to make sure there is no eye damage, if there is he will need antibiotic eye drops and corneal repair drops. in the meantime until you can take him to the vet you can apply artificial tear eye drops 3 times a day in this eye.
