My puppy is throwing up foam and won't eat. What should I do?

My puppy has been throwing up white foam since yesterday afternoon, including throughout the night. This morning she threw up yellow foam. I tried to feed her a bit but she won't eat. I gave her some bread and she ate then threw up. I gave her some water. She is still acting normal throughout all this. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 4 lbs
