Adopted cat sick after vaccine: is it stress or vaccine reaction?

I recently adopted a cat that was living by a friends restaurant. He's 6 months old. He was with him mother and brother. After a couple of days he got along with resident cat. After vaccine he stopped eating, started vomiting, diarrhea, watery eyes. Is this because of the vaccine or because he misses his family? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | unneutered
