Hi, i was looking at the pictures on this site and my cats nose looks similar to having Macule on the end of his nose. What could have caused that? And what could be done to cure it???

Trauma would be most common - either from rubbing on something, scratching himself, or potentially from fight wounds. If he has been itchy or if you notice other similar areas I'd recommend having David examined by a veterinarian. Occasionally skin infections from allergies can cause macular lesions.
