2-month-old kitten has worms. Is Helminticide-L safe? What's the dose?

My 2 months old kitten has some kind of worm in the end of his tail area. Can I give him "Helminticide-L – Deworming Tablet for Pet" ? If i can, what should the amount be? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 5 days old
