My cat just came home and he can't walk on his left side, he is pooing and weeing everywhere and he doesn't normally do that, he is an outside cat and goes out after he eats and drinks, but for some reason he can't walk on one side and it's really scaring me, please help!

I'm so sorry that this is happening to Lumous! It sounds like he needs immediate veterinary medical attention. I would take him to see your vet or an emergency vet right away. There are no safe treatments that you can try at home. What your describing could be a result of serious trauma, a neurological issue or toxin exposure. I hope Lumous gets the emergency care he needs and is on the mend soon.
