My 11-month-old cat's heart rate is 80 BPM. Is this normal?

That sounds a bit low. The normal rate is about 140-220 beats per minute. I don't think I would be overly concerned with 80 as long as the cat was resting at the time. I suggest you take it at varying times during the day and make an average. If you notice that on average, it is below 65 then I would suggest taking him to the vet for an exam. Hope this helps.
