This is probably an allergic reaction, it's pretty common in that area of the body in french bulldogs. you will need to take Peppa to the vet to get it checked and treated, she will need allergy meds and probably antibiotics too. i recommend also checking the skin folds in the face area, these tend to get infected in dogs with allergic reactions such as this one.

Hi there! Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! There is variety of conditions that can cause a similar appearance. However, given that it occurred right after playing outside, it can be due to allergies which is further supported by its appearance. Otherwise, it could be due to mild trauma. It does look mild in nature and it is likely going to resolve on its own. I recommend that you keep the area clean and continue to monitor it. If it is simply an allergic reaction or mild trauma, it should improve or resolve in the next 24-48 hours. If not improved or it actually worsen in that time frame, have her evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment which would likely include antibiotics and something to control the itch if present. I bet Peppa is a cutie! I love that breed. Best wishes for your girl!
