My dog has a red, hard bump on her inner leg. What is it? Home care?

My dog has a bump on her inner leg area, she's had it for about a week or two. It was small at first, but it seem to have gotten bigger and is red and hard. It looks like she might have been bitten by an insect, but im not sure. What can it be and what can I do to treat it if able to at home? Please help. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 13 days old

IT could be an insect bite but it could also be a growth, you can put antibiotic cream 2 times a day on it for a few days, if it does not seem to get better i would recommend having it checked by your vet as this may be something more serious than an insect bite.
