My cat has fur loss patches after scratching. Is it allergy? Will fur grow back?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 10 years and 4 months old | 7 lbs

My cat is a register seizures cat. She started getting sick last wk. I bought Frontline + her scratching has subsided somewhat. but I want 2 know what I can do now that I have noticed tiny patches of her fur gone, is this allergy, will her fur come back ? I don't have a picture so I can show u. I live alone. She is all I have .

Hi and thank you for posting your question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is hard to say exactly what the issue is with Miss Kitty sight unseen, but I can offer you a possibility. If her scratching has subsided after Frontline Plus administration, then it is possible she did have a flea allergy. As long as you continue to use the flea preventative every month to help keep fleas from coming back onto Miss Kitty, her fur should grow back in a couple weeks. :) I hope this has helped and best wishes to you and Miss Kitty!
