My cat has fur loss patches after scratching. Is it allergy? Will fur grow back?

My cat is a register seizures cat. She started getting sick last wk. I bought Frontline + her scratching has subsided somewhat. but I want 2 know what I can do now that I have noticed tiny patches of her fur gone, is this allergy, will her fur come back ? I don't have a picture so I can show u. I live alone. She is all I have . Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 10 years and 4 months old | 7 lbs

Hi and thank you for posting your question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is hard to say exactly what the issue is with Miss Kitty sight unseen, but I can offer you a possibility. If her scratching has subsided after Frontline Plus administration, then it is possible she did have a flea allergy. As long as you continue to use the flea preventative every month to help keep fleas from coming back onto Miss Kitty, her fur should grow back in a couple weeks. :) I hope this has helped and best wishes to you and Miss Kitty!
